big-green-egg-table-nest-for-xl-egg
Big Green Egg Table Nest for XL Egg

Big Green Egg's Table Nest for XL Egg gives the XL Egg a stand that shields the table, kitchen island, or outdoor kitchen you built from the heat it gives off. The metal stand lets hot air flow freely under the Egg, and as another advantage, the table stays free of burn marks.

It isn't a stand-alone base, so it needs to sit on a solid, non-flammable surface, with the Egg enclosed inside a table, island, or other surround. The Table Nest can also be built into a worktop. If something spills, the stand wipes clean with a damp cloth.

The Egg sits in a metal nest that leaves an air gap beneath it, though you should keep it off combustible surfaces, including ground cover and wood that's extremely dry, even with a Table Nest in place. When the Egg is used over a wood surface for long cooks or high-temperature cooking, combining a granite tile with the metal Table Nest offers the most heat protection. Check the area below the Egg periodically for any surface damage caused by heat transfer.

Big Green Egg brand

Carts & Bases category

Table Nest series

Model 113238

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0819/9975/7497/files/optimized_table-nest-800x500-1_1_63b3b705-ef67-42c2-b5ee-8ce48b329f32.png?v=1790546376
