Refund Policy

We allow you to return all new, unused, unassembled and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the original and return shipping costs incurred by Big Apple BBQ & Fireplace.

If your return request is due to a product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, we will work with you to get it replaced.

To start a return, contact us at sales@bigapplebbq.com or (718) 204-1166. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in "like new" condition. "Like new" means the item is unused and unassembled and has been returned in its original packaging. In many cases a refund is not processed until the item has been inspected on return delivery.

Big Apple BBQ & Fireplace reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

  • the item returned does not match the original item delivered to the customer;
  • the returned item is missing parts or the original product packaging;
  • the item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging;
  • the item being returned has obviously been used, such as charcoal build-up inside a grill;
  • the item has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
