Lynx's Napoli Outdoor Oven, model LPZAF, is a freestanding gas pizza oven that comes mounted on its own mobile kitchen cart. It turns out pies as large as 18 inches across on a 400 square inch cooking surface.
As a gas pizza oven, it is rated at 40,000 BTU. Inside the 30-inch wide oven, a specially formulated concrete refractory material lines both the dome and the cooking surface.
