Shipping policy

Delivery options depend on what you buy and where it is going. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to see the options for your address. After you order, one of our representatives will contact you to finalize your delivery date and details. Full details are on our Delivery Options page.

Grills, smokers, pizza ovens and outdoor kitchens

Within our local delivery zone (about 20 miles of our Queens showroom):

  • Free Basic Curbside Delivery: free. The product is delivered in the manufacturer's box; we recommend 2 helpers to assist.
  • Assembly & Basic Curbside Delivery: $99.00. Grills are assembled at our store and delivered under our Basic Delivery terms.
  • White Glove Assembly & Delivery: $150.00. Additional charges may apply (for example stairs or a difficult delivery path, extra crew, on-site assembly, old grill haul-away). A representative will confirm the cost with you.

Outside our local delivery zone, choose "Delivery Quoted Separately" at checkout and a representative will contact you with the delivery date and cost.

Fireplaces, stoves, fire pits and heaters

Within our local delivery zone:

  • Free Basic Curbside Delivery: free, delivered to the curb in the manufacturer's box.
  • White Glove Indoor Delivery: $150.00, delivered into your home.

Outside our local delivery zone, choose "Delivery Quoted Separately" at checkout and a representative will contact you with the delivery date and cost. If a fireplace is ordered together with a grill, checkout shows the grill delivery options for the whole order and our representative arranges each item when they contact you.

Accessories and smaller items

Orders that contain only accessories and other smaller items ship by UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air), priced at checkout by weight and destination. Standard shipping is free on these orders of $199 or more as long as no single item weighs over 40 lb; orders with an item over 40 lb ship at the UPS rate shown at checkout. Accessories ordered together with a grill or fireplace are delivered with it at no extra charge.

Gas connections

Our delivery does not include gas line connection, disconnection or modification. All gas hookups must be performed by a licensed plumber or gas fitter.
