A design oven, with a semi-professional performance, which has been created to meet the needs of those who have a large family and many friends to party with.

The 5 Pizze oven is available in both wood and gas version, but thanks to the Hybrid Kit you can decide to transform your gas oven into a wood-burning pizza oven by choosing which fuel to use from time to time.

The selection of materials and the high quality of the internal components ensure the 5 Pizze oven maintains functionality and robustness without compromise.

In just 30 minutes the oven can reach up to 500°C allowing you to cook up to 5 pizzas at the same time, but also roasts, vegetables, bread and much more!

To allow you to cook a pizza at home just as good as that of your favourite restaurant, Alfa researchers have developed the innovative Heat Genius™ technology, thanks to which the condiments cook at one temperature and the dough at another, resulting in each pizza being consistently fragrant and well cooked.

This is because heat is slowly released from the refractory brick and irradiated evenly through the oven’s curved walls.

In this way, the condiments cook faster, releasing even part of their moisture, and the dough becomes crispy without burning, thus reaching the perfect balance.

The 5 Pizze oven from the Moderno line is also made with the innovative Alfa Heat Genius™ technology that allows you to cook a real Neapolitan pizza in your garden, consistently well-cooked and with reduced consumption.

Making pizzas has never been easier: prepare the dough, use the condiments you prefer and Alfa ovens’ Heat Genius™ technology will cook them to perfection every time!
