A flat bottom means it sits securely on any cooktop type. Two handles give a secure grip for maneuvering, and the sloped sides make tossing easier while keeping food centered over the heat.
A bamboo spatula comes with the wok, giving precise control over ingredients as you cook. The wok also connects to the EGGspander system, adding another cooking option to your Big Green Egg setup.
