The Big Green Egg Cast Iron Dual Side Plancha Griddle fits the MiniMax EGG and larger sizes. Big Green Egg built this griddle to last, adding sear marks and a flavor-packed crust across its surface.

The ridged side adds sear marks to food and roasts items such as green beans, asparagus, chicken, hot dogs and pork chops. The smooth side works for hash browns, omelets and breakfast pancakes, with a drip channel built in to keep juices away from the charcoal.

Each griddle comes from high quality casting and arrives pre-seasoned with food-safe vegetable oil. Four tabs sit compact on the griddle, giving easy handling no matter which orientation it is in.
