Big Green Egg built this half moon griddle from cast iron for use on 2XL and XL Big Green Egg grills. The griddle has a ridged side suited to fish fillets and hot sandwiches, and a smooth side suited to frying eggs, blinis, or pancakes. The plancha only covers half of the Big Green Egg's grate, which leaves room to grill as well.
