Big Green Egg's Hell Hands are cowhide grilling gloves. They carry a 900°F heat rating, with Armortex patches protecting the palms, fingers, and knuckles, and Kevlar stitching adding reinforcement.
Whether moving a cooking grid or lifting a convEGGtor, the gloves still allow grip and dexterity when repositioning a hot grate, deflector, or pizza wedge mid-cook. Pull pockets on the back of the hand let the gloves come off easily while still hot, keeping the focus on the cook rather than the heat.
