The Big Green Egg Large Pizza Wedge, a precision-engineered aluminum wedge, turns an Egg into a charcoal-fired oven in the backyard, no delivery required.
Its front-loading aperture lets you slide pizzas up to 14 inches (36 cm) across in and out while watching them cook, instead of lifting the dome to check. Integrated heat fins move air through the wedge while the Egg's ceramic insulation holds temperatures between 400°F and 700°F (204°C to 370°C) for even cooking.
The wedge combines cast aluminum with Marine-Grade 316 Stainless Steel, a build suited to high heat and outdoor conditions. It also integrates with the eggspander system, adding to what the Egg can cook.
