The Big Green Egg Large Rotisserie fits onto a Large Egg and turns it into a self-basting, hands-free roaster that produces crispy, juicy, evenly cooked meats with live-fire flavor.
Its frame is built from marine-grade stainless steel, paired with a Micarta handle that gives a non-slip grip for long-lasting use. A high-torque motor powers it, handling loads that range from whole chickens and pork loins up to prime rib and leg of lamb.
Guests can watch the cooking lid-open or lid-closed, and lid-open sessions call for the draft door and rEGGulator closed, with less charcoal.
