Big Green Egg built this Medium Drip Tray Kit to catch drips and skip the mess, cook after cook, with everyday versatility built in. Because the stainless steel trays hold up to repeated high-heat use without wearing out, they save money over time. This Medium Drip Tray Kit's trays are reusable stainless steel, built to stand up to high-heat cooking and repeated use.
Overlapping lips, patent pending, let the trays nest into a single ring that catches drips around the fire during indirect cooks, or come apart so each tray catches drips on one side while the other side cooks direct, giving flexible placement for dual-zone setups.
The trays are polished stainless steel, separate easily for cleaning, go in the dishwasher, and store away afterward, offering a longer-lasting alternative to disposable foil pans that cuts down on waste.
