Big Green Egg's Medium Hell Hands are premium cowhide gloves built for heat-resistant protection and dexterity. The gloves are reinforced with Armortex patches and Kevlar stitching and are rated up to 900°F.
A steady grip lets a cook lift or shift a hot grate, deflector, or pizza wedge without losing control. The same dexterity helps when moving a cooking grid, lifting a convEGGtor, or adjusting components mid-cook.
Pull pockets on the back of each hand make the gloves easy to remove, even while they are still hot.
