The Big Green Egg Rotisserie is an accessory that turns an XL, Large or XLarge Egg into a self-basting, hands-free roaster. It produces crispy, juicy, evenly cooked meats with live-fire flavor on each of those Egg sizes.
The Rotisserie is made of marine-grade stainless steel with a Micarta handle for a non-slip grip, a build meant to hold up over time. The design is patent pending. A high-torque motor powers the spit, strong enough for a whole chicken or pork loin as well as heavier roasts like prime rib or leg of lamb.
Cooks can run it lid-open for guests to watch or lid-closed, and lid-open sessions call for less charcoal with the draft door and rEGGulator shut.
