Big Green Egg cast iron skillet, pre-seasoned with food-safe vegetable oil. Use it in the EGG for searing, braising, baking, sautéing or roasting.
Available in 10.5" and 14" sizes; both work with the Large, XL and 2XL EGG. The 10.5" skillet pairs with the 10.5" Cast Iron Plancha Griddle (sold separately) to form a Dutch oven. Hand wash with water only, dry right away and lightly oil after each use.
