Big Green Egg makes this Stainless Steel Half Grid for the XL EGG. It's made from 304 stainless steel.
The half grid covers part of the cooking surface, letting you grill, fry, or roast on that section. It leaves enough room on the rest of the EGG to use other cooking techniques at the same time.
