Big Green Egg Table Nest for 2XL EGG

The Big Green Egg Table Nest is a metal fitting that sits beneath the EGG and creates an air gap underneath it. It works as an optional add-on for any Big Green Egg table, and fits custom tables and outdoor kitchens too.

The Nest only works when it's paired with a table or built-in surround; it can't support the EGG on its own. Free-standing use is limited to the low-profile Nest built for the Mini and MiniMax EGGs.

The air gap from the Nest doesn't remove the risk of placing the EGG over combustible material, so avoid ground cover or very dry wood surfaces, and never set the EGG directly on wood or another combustible surface. For long cooks or high-temperature sessions over a wood surface, pairing the metal Nest with a granite tile gives extra heat protection. Check the surface under the EGG from time to time for any heat damage.
