Big Green Egg Table Nest for Medium EGG

The Big Green Egg Table Nest for Medium EGG sets the EGG on a metal stand that lets hot air flow freely underneath it. Built to support the EGG, it also shields the table, kitchen island, or outdoor kitchen it sits in from the heat the EGG gives off, so the surface is left without burn marks.

This Nest is meant to cradle the EGG only when the EGG is enclosed by a table, island, or similar surround, not used on its own. You can set the stand into a worktop or outdoor kitchen island, but it needs to rest on a solid, non-flammable surface rather than stand on its own.

Even with the air gap the metal Nest creates, keep the EGG away from combustible material like ground cover or very dry wood, and check the surface underneath periodically for heat damage. For extra heat protection during long or high-temperature cooks over a wood surface, Big Green Egg recommends combining a granite tile with the metal Table Nest.
