The Broilmaster Smoker Tray is a smoking accessory from Broilmaster, part of the brand's Smoker Tray series, built to bring the flavor of real wood smoke. Model BSATY attaches to a Broilmaster Stainless gas grill, and soaked wood chips go into the tray before the control knob is set to the desired setting. Once set, the holes in the tray guide smoke over the food.
