The Caliber Rockwell Griddle is a built-in griddle in Caliber's Flat Top Grills & Griddles category, part of the Rockwell Griddle series, offered with several finish and hardware choices for customization. It's offered in two built-in sizes.
The griddle plate is made from 300 series stainless steel and sits over a patent-pending heat baffle that spreads heat evenly and reduces hotspots for more precise cooking. The griddle's two burners are built in 304 series stainless steel, and two flash tubes flanking the griddle provide an alternative way to light it. Regardless of the finish chosen, the griddle's interior and exterior stay 300 series stainless steel.
A piezo ignition system lights the griddle instantly without a separate power source, and a pull-out tray handles grease for easy cleaning. The flat griddle cooktop adjusts so it levels out differences found during installation, and a bulk LP kit is offered as well.
