The Caliber Signature Grill is a freestanding gas grill with a lid that disappears, opening up unobstructed views while cooking at a gathering. Caliber worked with architect David Rockwell on its design, pairing culinary performance with architectural sophistication.
Built as a professional-grade unit, it includes an integrated side section for prep or plating alongside its main cooking surface. Three stainless steel Crossflame burners spread heat evenly across that surface. For natural gas setups, anchor brackets must be installed to keep the stand from shifting unexpectedly.
Its cart combines marine grade aluminum, stainless steel, and a sapele wood base, giving it a furniture-inspired look. The grill is available exclusively in Signature Crimson, a nostalgic red echoing a summer picnic table's warmth.
Caliber also offers it in any True Caliber custom finish paired with matching hardware. This freestanding statement piece can be fitted with leg levelers, meant only for permanent installations.
