This DCS Series 9 Power Burner is built to cook for a crowd, pairing strong heat with control that ranges from a fast boil to a soft simmer.
Its grates are built to keep pots and woks of all sizes steady, and they split into two pieces for easier cleaning. Cast brass burners give the unit a high-end look while standing up to extreme weather conditions.
This LP model draws fuel from external gas bottles, and the burner is also offered in a natural gas version. The burner's illuminated dials link up with other DCS Series 9 units, giving a matching look and synced operation from power-on to dial lighting across an outdoor kitchen.
