DCS's Series 9 Griddle is a flat top griddle that installs built-in or sits on a freestanding cart, which is sold separately. Two 20000 BTU U-burners heat 500 sq in of griddle surface. This model runs on LPG and requires external gas bottles; a natural gas version is also available as model GDE1-30-N.
Even heat distribution across separate temperature zones lets each part of the griddle hold its own heat level. The large griddle surface gives precise temperature control for cooking different foods at the same time.
The griddle plate is 8mm thick 304 stainless steel, built to handle high heat and all kinds of weather, and is covered by a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Illuminated dials connect to other DCS Series 9 products for unified ignition and operation. A flame failure device stops gas flow if a burner goes out, and a removable slide out drip tray keeps clean up simple.

Built-in or freestanding
Available in natural gas or propane. Order it as a built-in head for your outdoor kitchen, or freestanding on the matching DCS CAD1-30E cart. Freestanding grills can add one or two CAD1-SK fold-down side shelves.
