DCS builds this Series 9 36-inch grill as a built-in, natural gas model made from 304 grade stainless steel. Three U-burners heat a 630 sq in primary cooking area, reaching 1164 sq in total once the secondary racks and tray are counted.
The grates are double sided, flipping between a flat and an angled position. Lights inside the hood and lit knobs make it easy to see the grates and dials after dark, and a hot surface system handles ignition. The hood lifts to 90° for access while cooking and is spring assisted to make that easier.
This model runs on natural gas and connects straight to the gas mains; DCS also offers an LPG version of the same grill. Burner heat adjusts from 300°F to 1100°F, giving control across a range of cooking styles for groups of guests.

Built-in or freestanding
Available in natural gas or propane. Order it as a built-in head for your outdoor kitchen, or freestanding on the matching DCS CAD1-36E cart, the 36" Grill On-Cart Cover Series 9. Freestanding grills can add one or two CAD1-SK fold-down side shelves.
