DCS 48" Series 7 Grill, Rotisserie and Integrated Side Burners (BH1-48RS)

DCS's Series 7 Grill is a 48-inch built-in natural gas grill with an integrated rotisserie and side burners. The cabinet houses three U-burners and two side burners in a 304 grade stainless steel body, with 630 sq in of primary cooking area and 1115 sq in total. Total power reaches 126500 BTU, and the included rotisserie can turn loads up to 50 lbs.

The grill grates are double-sided cast stainless steel, with a curved side suited to delicate foods and a W-shaped side that channels oil into a removable drip tray while creating sear marks. A patented grease management system directs grease and oil away from the burner flames to cut down on flare-ups, and a dedicated smoker tray with its own 3500 BTU burner lets wood chips smolder for added smoke flavor. A halogen Smart Beam light is designed to light the entire cooking surface, and a built-in temperature gauge shows grill temperature even with the hood closed.

A removable warming rack adds 241 sq in of stainless steel space. The main burners light via spark ignition.
