DCS 48" Series 7 Grill, Rotisserie (BH1-48R)

The DCS Series 7 Grill is a 48-inch natural gas grill with a rotisserie. Four U-burners deliver 121500 BTU of total power across 855 sq in of primary cooking area and 1182 sq in of total cooking area, plus a 327 sq in warming rack.

The grill is built from 304 grade stainless steel, connects to the home's gas mains, and uses a spark ignition system for lighting the burners. The grates are double-sided cast stainless steel, with a gentle radius on one side for delicate foods and a W-shaped other side for sear lines that channel oil toward a removable drip tray.

A Grease Management System channels grease and oil away from the burner flames to cut down on flare-ups, and a halogen Smart Beam light lets the cook see the whole cooking surface after dark. A dedicated, sealed smoker tray keeps smoking separate from the main burners for a clean, convenient way to run specialized smoking recipes. A temperature gauge spans zero to sear and reports the exact heat inside, letting the cook check it without lifting the hood.
