Fire Magic 30" Built-In Charcoal Grill

Fire Magic's Built-In Charcoal Grill is a stainless steel charcoal grill designed for precise heat control. Its body is built from 304 stainless steel, able to handle high heat, weather, rust, and every season.

At 540 square inches, the main cooking area holds up to 24 burgers at a time. Above the main grate sits a full-length, 12-inch deep warming rack, useful for melting cheese, toasting buns, or running as a low and slow smoker.

The cooking grids use a patented Diamond Sear design, with flat-topped bars across more than half the surface for better heat transfer. They're built from 304 stainless steel, bead blasted to a matte finish, and backed by a lifetime warranty on the grids. A handle-crank adjustable charcoal tray lets the cook raise or lower the charcoal for direct or indirect heat, and dual vents on the hood add further temperature control.

The hood is spring-assisted so it lifts easily and won't slam shut, and a large front door lets charcoal be loaded even while grilling. A full-length drip tray catches grease and loose charcoal to keep the cooking area clean. A five-year warranty covers the grill and includes labor for that period, with the charcoal pan, grid, thermometer, and ashtray carrying a separate one-year warranty.
