Fire Magic builds the EL500 series Dual Control electric grill on a patio post mount. The post mount itself is stainless steel, with two side shelves for patios with limited space.
Dual thermostatic control lets you set temperature from the touchscreen panel on the grill or remotely over bluetooth/wifi from a smartphone. The patented Diamond Sear cooking grids use a trapezoidal shape that increases contact with food, and the grill reaches temperatures up to 700°F for searing. The grill body is built from 304 stainless steel, and a double-walled oven lid covers the cooking area. The EL500s-4Z1E-W-P6 includes a ceramic glass window, while the EL500s-4Z1E-P6 omits it.
A digital thermometer with a built-in meat probe tracks doneness while the grill cooks. Preheat takes less than 15 minutes, and the grill adds a removable warming rack along with an easy to clean drip tray.
