Fire Magic Aurora Built-In Gas Power Burner - 19-7B1N

Fire Magic continues its legacy of excellence with the Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Power Burner, tailor-made for those who aspire for versatility in their outdoor kitchen. Its built-in design fits perfectly next to your grill for a professional look. Made from 304 stainless steel for ultimate outdoor protection no matter what mood Mother Nature is in. This stainless steel construction is made for all seasons and is rust-resistant for years and years of high-heat cooking. Whether you're using stock pots, woks, or frying pans, this power burner is up to the task. The dual propane gas ring burners - with the inner ring offering between 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs and the outer ring peaking at 45,000 BTUs - combine for an impressive 60,000 BTUs. This ensures rapid heating and precise temperature control. Aesthetically pleasing, the burner is made with back-lit blue LED control knob lights set against a modern stainless steel look to your outdoor kitchen.

Choose between stainless steel cooking grates or porcelain-coated iron cooking grates. Stainless steel cooking grates are known for their durability and resistance to rust and corrosion, and stainless steel grates are a robust option for frequent, intense use. They excel in withstanding high temperatures and are less prone to wear over time. While they may not retain heat as well as cast iron, they're easier to maintain and are generally more resilient to harsh cleaning methods. Porcelain-coated iron cooking grates offer excellent heat retention and distribution, making them ideal for cooking foods evenly. The porcelain coating provides a non-stick surface, which is great for grilling delicate items and makes cleaning easier. Whether you're connecting it to the Fire Magic Echelon Diamond or Aurora Series Grills, or wiring it individually with an additional power supply box (sold separately), the Echelon Diamond Power Burner stands as an invaluable addition to any high-end outdoor kitchen.
