Fire Magic's Cast Iron Griddle suits breakfast, grilled vegetables, or fajitas. Cast iron spreads heat evenly across the cooking surface. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, and eggs cook right on the grill, the same way they would inside your kitchen.
Fire Magic designed this griddle specifically to fit its double side burner, the Echelon series, and particular Aurora gas grill models. The griddle sits in Fire Magic's Cast Iron Griddle series, within the Griddles, Pizza Stones & Cookware category.
