Fire Magic's Select Electric Warming Drawer keeps cooked dishes, bread, or sides at serving temperature in an outdoor kitchen. It's a must-have in a kitchen set up for entertaining or multi-course meals.
Square-edge, double-wall construction and outside mounting form the sealed 304 stainless-steel enclosure, finished with a slim tubular handle and a heavy-duty magnetic latch. A continuous rain guard keeps water out of the custom enclosure, and the unit mounts directly under the grill. The Select Mounting works with Fire Magic's Choice and Legacy series grills.
The drawer heats up to 230°F and uses a sliding humidity control knob with a moisture cup to keep food moist or crisp. A sealed enclosure keeps insects out of this single electric drawer, which runs on 120 volts.
