The Gozney Arc XL Mantel is a stainless steel and aluminum shelf built to work with the Arc XL oven, made for handling pizza, roasted vegetables, or smoked meat as they move in and out of the chamber. It fits onto the oven without tools, giving a stable surface for turning, checking, basting, or resting food.
The shelf itself is 304 stainless steel, chosen for easy cleaning and durability. Its support arm is high pressure die cast aluminum, finished in a powder coat for added heat and scratch resistance.
Pans can be rotated, dishes checked, or sides kept warm by resting them in the doorway, with the mantel acting as an extension of the oven for that purpose.
