Gozney Balance Placement Peel

The Gozney Balance Placement Peel is a pizza peel that pairs a flat-nosed, perforated aluminum blade with a Beech wood handle. The flat nose keeps the blade from rocking side to side as you slide pizzas onto it or launch them into the oven, so the pizza holds its shape, and the perforations let excess flour fall through rather than burning onto the crust.

The handle sits so the center of gravity falls closer to the hand, giving more control over the peel, and it can be replaced on its own. The wood handle has a soft, classic feel in the hand.

A metal loop on the peel allows it to hang, and the moulding is made from Ocean Bound Plastic Certified Recycled plastic. The peel is offered in a standard size built for 12-inch pizzas, model AD1774, and a Large size built for 14-inch pizzas, model AD2078.
