Gozney Heat Resistant Gloves are made from a blend of 95% suede and 5% leather, finished with a soft internal lining. The suede build and soft inner lining let the gloves hold up to temperatures as high as 500°C / 950°F for as long as 15 seconds.
The extended gauntlet cuff protects the forearms, while the wide, easy-moving fit brings confidence and control for cooking close to the flame. The gloves meet ANSI 105 safety standards and are certified for professional use, intended for everyday fire cooking.
