The Gozney Infrared Thermometer, model AD1599, checks a pizza oven's stone floor so you can tell when it's ready to cook. A built-in laser pinpoints the exact spot, and the thermometer reads from -58°F to 1472°F.
Gozney recommends a stone temperature of 750-930°F for a pizza that can cook in 60 seconds. The thermometer switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit readings and shuts off automatically after 15 seconds.
