The Gozney Pro Placement Peel is a pizza peel shaped by input from elite Gozney pizza chefs and tuned to help pizza-makers create their best pizza. It comes in standard, large, and extra large blade sizes, fitting 12-inch, 14-inch, and 16-inch pizzas, across models AD1777, AD1778, and AD1934.
The blade is round and hex-perforated, letting flour disperse fully so less of it builds up on the pizza's underside and burns during the cook. That blade is aluminum, strong and lightweight, and its rounded edge helps shape a circle with each pizza.
The handle is aluminum as well, chiseled with angled sides for a grip and a curved underside that lets it glide through the hand when the pizza is launched. Full aluminum construction keeps the peel lightweight and responsive in the hand. The handle is replaceable, and it hangs from a loop made of Ocean Bound Plastic Certified Recycled plastic.
