Gozney's Roccbox Mantel attaches easily to your Roccbox, so you can check, turn, baste, or rest food without issue.
You can baste food as it cooks, then rest it afterward without overcooking. The mantel itself is made of air-vented 304 stainless steel.
Installation is simple, and the extra shelf space lets you rotate pizzas with greater ease. The stainless steel design keeps air circulating beneath the pizza, keeping it crisp instead of soggy.
