Gozney's Tread Mantel is a grilling accessory made from 304 Stainless Steel. It connects to the Tread to create a sturdy work surface.
Attached to the Tread, the mantel offers space to turn, check, baste and rest food no matter where the oven is set up. It also works as a landing spot for moving pizza, vegetables or meat into and out of the oven. The mantel extends the oven itself, letting cooks rotate cast iron, check a dish or hold sides warm right in the doorway.
