The Gozney Utility Turning Peel, model AD1772, is a workhorse tool made for turning pizza and doing the heavy lifting in the kitchen. Made as one stainless steel piece, the blade is strong and wide enough to lift and turn the pizza during cooking.
The blade is welded from stainless steel and finished with a chamfered edge. Once the pizza is done, the peel moves it from the oven onto a server.
The handle is made from FSC sustainably sourced Beech wood and stays comfortable and well-weighted for first-time users. The hanging loop and moulding use durable Ocean Bound Plastic Certified Recycled plastic.
