Kalamazoo's 5-Piece Steak Knife Set is built for the steaks and chops that come off a Kalamazoo grill. Part of Kalamazoo's Grilling Tools lineup, the set was designed by the brand's Grillmaster and crafted in Seki City, Japan.
A VG-10 core hardened to 61 HRC sits between stainless steel outer layers, with three layers of metal forming each blade. As part of the Steak Knife Set series, the knives use full tang construction finished with hand-shaped black canvas Micarta handles.
