Kingsman's IDV24 is a direct vent gas fireplace insert built to replace a wood burning firebox with a gas-fueled unit. A millivolt or IPI valve system keeps the flame adjustable and lets the insert keep running through a power outage.
The insert runs on natural gas or propane. The dual burner creates glowing embers and a decorative ash bed, visible through heat radiating ceramic glass. A safety screen barrier comes standard with the insert.

Required parts and installation
To be complete, this unit needs parts from Kingsman's required steps: choose between: log set or glass media (Z5GC, RBCB1, LOGF24OAK); choose clean view front and surround (if needed) (I24CV1BL, I24S3827, I24SPF3829, I24SU4541). Each option offered on this page is a complete configuration with the required parts included in the price. Venting is not included and is supplied by your installer.
