Lynx brings a Trident Infrared burner and a Ceramic burner together in its 30-inch Professional Freestanding Grill, a gas grill set on its own cart. Those two burners produce up to 14,000 BTU, and a rotisserie rounds out the cooking options.
Stainless steel grates line the 600 sq in main grilling area, where the Trident burner adds infrared heat alongside the ceramic burner. A separate burner powers the rotisserie, rated up to 14,000 BTU, for spit-roasting duties.
Hot Surface Ignition starts the grill, and the 30-inch unit sits freestanding on its own cart rather than built into an island.
