The Lynx LCB2-3 side burner comes as a freestanding cart model, part of Lynx's Professional Double Side Burner series. The brass burners move from a low simmer up to intense heat, and the sealed burner basin stays easy to clean afterward.
Heavy-duty welded construction closes off gaps where grease could collect, and a stainless steel cover shields the burners when they sit idle. Hot Surface Ignition lights both burners quickly and safely, with backlit blue knobs marking the controls.
