The Lynx Professional Power Burner (LPB) features a dual-ring red brass burner, delivering assured reliability. Its Hot Surface Ignition system lights the burner quickly and safely.
The large grate surface fits an oversized stockpot, and its center section lifts out so a commercial-style wok can take its place. The drip pan extends fully, and a removable stainless steel cover is included.
Control knobs are backlit in blue.
