Lynx builds the Professional Single Side Burner as a built-in burner around one brass burner that turns from a low simmer up to intense heat.
A Hot Surface Ignition system lights the burner quickly and safely, and a stainless steel cover protects it when not in use. The burner and basin are sealed to stay simple to wipe down, while the control knobs are backlit in blue.
Heavy-duty welded construction leaves no gaps where grease can collect.
