The 22-inch Weber Performer Premium Smart Charcoal Grill uses an LCD Wi-Fi Enabled Controller to reach and hold a set temperature, running a digital fan into the coals for long cooks or overnight smoking. It offers 363 square inches of primary cooking area on a plated steel, hinged cooking grate, with a max grill temperature of 600°F.
A Rapidfire Assist mode kicks the coals into gear once a fire starter is lit, speeding up preheat, and the grill can also be run from a smartphone through the Weber Connect App. The freestanding cart version (model 1501563) adds two storage shelves along with a Weber Works side table sized for drop-in accessories and a separate Weber Works side rail for snap-on accessories. It moves on two durable all-weather wheels along with two locking casters.
The bowl and lid carry a 10-year warranty against rust-through and burn-through.
