Weber's Master-Touch is a 26-inch charcoal grill built around a large stainless-steel cooking grate with room to cook for a crowd. The grate accepts square Weber Crafted grillware alongside round GBS grillware, and hinges on both sides flip up so charcoal can be added during long cooks.
A Tuck-Away Lid Holder nests the lid along the bowl's side during cooking, and a built-in lid thermometer shows the temperature while the lid stays closed. The porcelain-enameled bowl and lid hold in heat while standing up to rust, peeling, and scratching, and dampers on the lid and bowl let the heat be adjusted.
The One-Touch cleaning system clears ashes with a swipe of the lever into an enclosed ash catcher, and two wheels roll the grill to where it's needed.
