The Weber Genesis E-430 Gas Grill Stealth Edition is a natural gas grill finished in matte black across the lid, trim, side tables, handles, knobs and wheels, part of Weber's Genesis Stealth series. Four stainless steel burners power the grill, and a dedicated Sear Burner adds up to 50% more power across an extra-large Sear Zone for searing meat, fish and vegetables.
The 646 sq in primary cooking area and 820 sq in total cooking area, including a warming rack, hold as many as 28 burgers or 23 steaks at a time. The main burners put out 48,000 BTU and the side burner adds 12,000 BTU, for 60,000 BTU total input, backed by a 12-year limited warranty.
The grill locker holds large grillware and tools, six hooks hang spatulas and tongs, and the cart rolls on four casters, two of which lock in place. Porcelain-enameled cast-iron grates keep heat for searing marks, and the bundled Weber Crafted Frame Kit opens the door to attachments like a stone for pizza, a griddle resistant to rust, or a wok, sold separately.
