The Weber Slate 36" Rust-Resistant Griddle is a natural gas griddle from Weber's Slate Rust-Resistant Griddle series, freestanding on its own cart as Model 1502035.
The surface heats past 500ºF quickly and spreads heat evenly, while wind guards shield the burners and the cooktop's closeness to them keeps the temperature steady. With four independently controlled burners, one section can stay low while another runs hot, giving multi-zone heat across the single cooktop.
The carbon-steel cooktop comes pre-seasoned and stays rust-resistant rather than rusty, and since it carries no coating, metal spatulas and scrapers can be used directly on the surface. The griddle includes two side tables, with accessories that snap onto the Weber Works side rails, and a left-side table that folds down to save space.
