Four burners run independently, so one zone can sear while another holds a lower temperature for multi-zone cooking. The cooktop reaches over 500°F and heats evenly across the surface, and wind guards keep the burners from blowing out while the low-set cooktop holds a steady temperature.
Since the surface carries no nonstick coatings, metal spatulas and scrapers can flip, press, and scrape without damaging it. A flip-up table on the right side adds workspace during cooking, and the left side table folds down afterward to free up space.
